The Slow Wedding Package

At The Roger Strickland Farm, we not only want you to remember your wedding, we believe you should experience it!
We are proud to offer a signature Southern approach to weddings called The Slow Wedding Movement. Our venue package has been created to allow you the time to slow down, unwind and connect with your loved ones.

What Does the Venue Price Include?

Venue Price: $3,400
Our $3,400 venue fee includes everything you need from us to enjoy your wedding weekend at The Roger Strickland Farm.

Our venue fee includes:
  • Exclusive use of the farm — your wedding is the only event on the property
  • Wedding-day access from 9:00 AM–12:00 AM
  • Property access the day before from 12:00 PM–9:00 PM for setup and rehearsal
  • Property access the day after for rental and décor pickup
  • Farmhouse bridal suite and gentleman's quarters
  • Caterer's use of the farmhouse kitchen
  • Ceremony arbor and venue-owned décor
  • Engagement and bridal portrait access
  • Ample parking and parking attendants
  • Event management
  • Venue and rental setup
  • Day-of venue management
  • Cleanup following your event

There are no additional or hidden service charges added to the venue fee.
Equipment rentals, catering, entertainment, photography, transportation and other outside services are separate.

Equipment Rentals
We work with Chair & Equipment Rental of Rocky Mount and Luxury Outhouse to make arranging your event rentals easy.

A typical basic rental package may include:
  • White pole tent with market lights
  • Luxury restroom trailer
  • Black and white dance floor
  • Guest tables
  • Cake table
  • Gift table
  • Buffet tables
  • White resin chairs

Additional rental options such as linens, dishes, specialty tables, chairs and décor are also available.
Rental pricing depends on your guest count, quantities and selections, so the estimates below are simply a starting point for planning.

Rental contracts, payments and arrangements are made directly between you and the rental companies. The Roger Strickland Farm does not set or guarantee rental pricing.
